Griffco PDG Emiş Stabilizatörü

The PDG inlet (suction) stabiliser is placed on the suction side of the dosing pump to reduce inlet shock, acceleration head losses and inlet cavitation. On long suction lines and at high stroke frequencies the acceleration of the liquid mass prevents the pump from filling completely; the stabiliser absorbs this effect and preserves dosing accuracy.

The same unit also works as a suction accumulator or surge suppressor when placed next to a valve or accessory that restricts flow. Operating pressures reach 86 bar for metal units and 10 bar for plastic units.
