Personal data we process

We collect personal data through this website only when you submit the quote request form: name, email, phone, company, sector and product of interest, the content of your request, and — for security — the IP address and browser information of the submission.

If you do not submit the form, no identifying data is collected. Our visitor measurement uses neither cookies nor identifiers.

Purposes

• Preparing a technical proposal and responding to your request
• Conducting pre-contractual discussions
• Preventing abuse of the form (processing security)

Legal basis

Processing is based on Article 5/2-(c) (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.

Transfers

Your data is stored on our hosting provider's servers located in Türkiye. It is not transferred abroad or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Retention

Quote requests are retained for the duration required by the commercial relationship and applicable statutory limitation periods, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
