Griffco high pressure pulsation dampener
PDF high pressure pulsation dampeners use a metal construction for operating pressures up to 86 bar, with higher pressures available on request. In high-pressure dosing lines the pulse wave from the pump stresses the pipework and connected equipment; the dampener absorbs this energy and provides laminar flow.
It creates an area of low pressure in the system to absorb the pulse wave energy and produces flow up to 99% free of vibration. It is installed on the pump discharge side and supplied with a charging valve and pressure gauge.
