Griffco PDA adjustable pulsation dampener
The PDA adjustable pulsation dampener allows the preload pressure of the gas cushion to be set in the field, adapting it to different operating pressures. Correct preload is where damping efficiency is highest, so when the operating pressure changes the dampener can be recharged to maintain performance.
Griffco pulsation dampeners absorb the pulse wave produced by positive displacement pumps, giving flow up to 99% free of vibration and protecting pipework, fittings and instruments from shock waves. A charging valve and pressure gauge are included.
