Chlorine gas flow meter with transmitter output
The chlorine gas flow meter with transmitter converts the reading of the float-type flow meter into an electrical signal for the control panel or control system, so the chlorine flow can be read locally on the device and also monitored and recorded remotely.
The measuring principle is the same as the standard flow meter: the float in the measuring tube is moved vertically by the chlorine gas flow and its position indicates the flow rate. The scale is designed for chlorine gas under standard conditions (0.9 bar absolute at 20 °C).
