The dosing accuracy of diaphragm dosing pumps is influenced by numerous system conditions. The PENTABLOC multifunctional valve combines five functions needed in the dosing line in a single fitting, mounted directly on the pump's discharge valve.

It suits solenoid diaphragm dosing pumps up to 8 l/h and motor-driven diaphragm dosing pumps up to 45 l/h. The pressure retaining function improves dosing accuracy, the antisiphon function prevents undesired siphoning, the safety and pressure relief functions protect the pump against excessive pressure, and the dosing monitoring function allows the flow to be checked visually.
