Back-pressure valves create a constant back pressure at the dosing pump discharge, improving dosing accuracy and preventing siphoning. Pressure relief valves protect the pump and pipework against excessive pressure if the line closes, and the relief can be returned to the dosing tank.

Models cover 75 – 1500 l/h at pressures up to 250 bar. Spring-loaded seat valves are rated 200 bar in DN6 and 250 bar in DN10 and can be used in potentially explosive atmospheres. Diaphragm shut-off valves start at DN6 PN16 / 75 l/h; PVC bodies are rated to 35 °C, with PP-GF, PVDF and stainless steel for higher temperatures.
