Griffco High Pressure Series pressure relief valve
The PRHP high pressure relief valve protects high-pressure dosing systems against upset conditions such as pressure spikes, over-pressurisation or a closed valve. The valve is normally closed and opens when the pressure exceeds a preset value, bypassing the excess safely into a reservoir or back into the inlet piping.
Port sizes range from 1/4" to 1" (DN 8 – DN 25). Bodies are made of stainless steel and special alloys, and a variety of maximum pressure rated springs is available. Long-lasting PTFE/EPDM diaphragms are standard.
