Griffco M-Series back pressure and pressure relief valves
Griffco diaphragm back pressure valves apply a minimum constant positive discharge pressure to a pumping system, preventing siphoning, eliminating variance of dosage rates and stabilising downstream pressure. Pressure relief valves protect pumps, systems and tanks from upset conditions such as pressure spikes, over-pressurisation or a closed valve caused by defective equipment or a blockage.
M-Series low flow models come in port sizes 1/4" – 1/2" (DN 8 – DN 15) with pulsating flow ratings of 378 – 1,135 lph, continuous flow of 19 – 57 lpm and pressures up to 24 bar. A moulded Noryl® top raises the temperature and pressure limits compared with standard plastic valves, and a high-temperature option up to 149 °C is available.
