Griffco G-Series back pressure and pressure relief valves
The G-Series is the diaphragm back pressure and pressure relief valve family for medium flows. The back pressure valve creates a constant positive discharge pressure to prevent siphoning and improve dosing stability, while the relief valve opens on over-pressure to bypass excess pressure safely to a reservoir or back into the inlet piping.
Port sizes range from 1/2" to 4" (DN 15 – DN 100), with pulsating flow of 1,211 – 19,521 lph and continuous flow of 63 – 1,020 lpm, rated to 17 bar in plastic and 24 bar in metal. The 3" and 4" sizes feature PVC tops; flanges are available in all sizes along with a high-temperature option up to 149 °C.
