Pulsation dampener PDS (low pressure)
The PDS pulsation dampener series is a unique in-line accumulator designed to absorb the pressure pulsations created by metering pumps in piping systems, for operating pressures up to 150 psig (approx. 10 bar).
A tubular diaphragm separates the process liquid from a gas cushion. The unit includes a charging valve, pressure gauge, system connections and a mounting bracket. Pulsation damping protects chemical feed systems and pumps from damaging vibration and water hammer, creating a nearly pulse-less flow.
