CHLORWACHE is a pneumatic valve closing system that automatically closes the chlorine drum valve in an alarm situation. On a gas alarm or emergency signal, the compressed-air drive unit closes the drum valve with a closing torque of 74 Nm, cutting off the chlorine source directly.

The system consists of a pneumatic drive unit, a control cabinet and a solenoid valve unit. One solenoid valve unit drives up to four actuators. It is easy to assemble and requires little maintenance.
