The salt dissolving station prepares the saturated brine required by chlorine electrolysis systems. Salt tablets or crystal salt are filled into the station, form a saturated solution in contact with softened water and are fed to the electrolysis cell in a controlled manner.

A constant solution concentration is critical for stable electrolysis efficiency and chlorine output. The station consists of a salt container, level monitoring, a solution filter and connection fittings. Accessories include a salt filling funnel, suction strainer and level sensors.
