EASYPURE Powder & Liquid

EASYPURE Powder & Liquid is a fully automatic system for the continuous preparation of powder and liquid polymer dosing solutions. The 3-chamber tunnel design largely avoids displacement of the prepared polymer between chambers, preserving maturation time and improving polymer efficiency.

The control is integrated in the control cabinet, with a multilingual operating display for configuration and monitoring. The system can run in manual or automatic operation; in automatic mode it requires no further settings. Once the water supply is established the required amount is conveyed automatically, and the dry material can be provided automatically or manually. With the appropriate configuration a dosing pump removes the finished solution automatically. Delivery rates up to 10,000 l/h are available.
