Dosing container housing a complete dosing system
A dosing container is a ready-built enclosure in which all the components of a dosing system are assembled and tested in the factory. Chemical tank, dosing pumps, pipework, measurement and control equipment and the electrical panel are installed inside the container, so only water, chemical and power connections are made on site.
This approach allows fast commissioning without civil works and lets the installation be relocated later. A collecting sump for chemical spillage, ventilation and the necessary safety equipment are part of the container design.
